Abstract
The project focuses on the implementation and pilot testing of measures to improve the efficiency of urban logistics. This includes:
- Analyzing the current state in urban centers and identifying necessary measures.
- Reviewing best practices to explore possible solutions for more environmentally friendly urban freight transport.
- Establishing a living lab and implementing pilot measures.
- Studying innovative business models that support the introduced solutions and ensure sustainable operation.
- Creating policies, measures, and action plans.
