Nacini soocanja z boleznijo v drzinah oseb s shizofrenijo (Slovene)

Recent finding consider the family of schizophrenic patients as caregiver of their member and not as an etiologic factor. Our aim is to assess the relationship betweee family coping and socio-demographic and clinical characteristics of patients One hundred patients with first of subsequent episode of schizophrenia and their family memebers wil be interviewed with the following instruments: Family Coping Questionnaire, Krawiecka Scale and Global Assessement Scale. Multivariate statistical analysis (linear regression and analyssis of variance) will be used. We expect to prove that psychopathological symptoms and global efficiacy of patients significantly influence the coping of their family members.
