Abstract
Purpose of the project: to raise the level of public procurement in terms of achieving the fundamental principles of economy and efficiency of the use of public funds. This will increase the quality of the public procurement principles, while raising awareness of the achievement of secondary policies, which are also supported by EU Directives, including the promotion of the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
