Abstract

The purpose of this project is to increase the professionalisation of public procurement in the Slovenian public sector. The aim of the project is to establish a platform that will provide digital support for the measurement of knowledge and learning of contracting authorities and procurement providers in the field of health. In substance, the work will focus on formulating arguments/questions with possible answers. The basic content is drawn from the decisions of the National Audit Commission (DRC). Practical experience will be contributed by the SANOLABOR.
