Abstract
The research aim is to find out the possibility of the monitoring process use for achieving informations about the instantaneous state of welding process (short arc MIG/MAG welding) with special consideration on the weld joint condition. Welding signals will be analysed and compared with real weld joint properties by use of the artificial inteligence methods and of pattern recognition methods for determination of suitable diagnosis methods of real state, respectively.
The research target is the production of an algorithm as a base of part of sistem for process control during welding.
