Abstract
The ultimate foundationsof law are value-made (ethical). Law does not originate automatically, legal decisions are always human decision and so it is at least possible that they be ethical. The basic legal (normative) principle is a value-made imputation: if actual state of facts D arises, legal consequence P should follow. At this starting point the research will analyze and study value-made dimensions of law.
