Abstract
Our research of the modern techniques of the biological wastewater treatment will be oriented toward combined anaerobic anoxic aerobic reactor and to sequencing batch reactor (SBR) studies. The research of SBR will also include modelling and simulation for the optimisation of the plant dimensions, for the optimisation of the operational parameters and for the design of optimal control. Research studies of surface waters will be focused on integrated investigation of point and nonpoint sources of pollution as well as on its transport through the environment.
