Abstract
Electroporation is plasma membrane phenomena where applied electrical field destabilizes the cell membrane making it transiently permeable. Electric field must reach critical value that causes structural changes on membrane that lead to electroporation. Critical value of electric field needed for electroporation is called threshold voltage. The aim of proposed project is to determine the influence of different surfactants and vinblastine on reversible and irreversible threshold voltage for electroporation.
