Abstract
The proposed research aims to improve the knowledge of solution processing of Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 based thin films and nanopowders for the production of thick films and bulk ceramics through studying the reactions taking place in solution and upon thermal treatment. The impact is on retaining homogeneity in various steps of processing. New scientific results are expected in the fields of synthesis paths of these materials and on processing-properties relationship of thin and thick films in comparison to bulk ceramics.
