Abstract
Breast reconstruction with free flap from lower abdominal wall is based on two pedicles: on deep inferior epigastric artery and its perforators and on superficial inferor epigastric artery. The anatomy of this vessels is well known. The survival of the flap hangs on the flow through the donor vessel but the selection for the flap is now based on the diameter of the vessel. In our research we are going to determinate and to mape the flow through the vessel and the dermal circulation in 4 zones of free flap before, during and after the operatin.
