Abstract
The emanation of CO2 in the mine poses restrictions to the increased productivity and to the safety of the work. Most promising solution is the absorption of CO2 at the mine front and the transportation to the surface. The absorber will have totally non-conventional geometry and will operate at extreme conditions. Theoretical model of the absorption into suspensions and solutions will be developed which will dynamically describe the process in chosen geometry. The model will give in real time the control parameters for the operation of the equipment with proper efficiency at different input conditions. The model will be tested on pilot plant equipment.
