Abstract
The aim of the research is to investigate the influence computer supported education in physics has on human cognition. A second issue is to investigate differences related to the level of ability, knowledge, learning style and gender. Further the influence of different multimedia approaches (e.g., video clips, audio clips, pictures, text and computer animations), and their structure (e.g., facts and data, programmed sequences, learning by discovery, learning using internet) on human cognition will be investigated.
