Abstract
The research study will analyse the influence of metropolitan models on the development of Slovenian towns. It will concentrate on the study of urban form as result of socio political, cultural, economical and tecnological changes in the above mentioned period. Geoinformatical model will help to make carthographical analysis and interpretation of the development of urabn forms in different cronological sections.
