Abstract
Inherited factors of competitiveness and product oriented business practice of Slovenian fruit production have to be supplemented by developed ones and iterconnected by corresponding marketing and managerial decisins. Modeling of marketing and managerial support to improve the competitiveness of the fruit production has to link specific research methods of economy, agricultural economics and agronomics. Resulting methodical mix enables use of synergy in the fruit business system.
