Abstract
The proposal intends of curriculum development for the discipline of engineering (construction engineering ) as well as introduction of the concepts of E-learning in Russian universities assistd by EU partners from DE, AT and SL. The 3-year JP aims at up-grading of IT education within study programmes in construction engineering through development and implementation of ICT modules (CAD, CAE and construction management) within existing construction engineering curricula at 3 Russian Universities. The specific objectives are: Verbesserung der Ausbildung und der Hochschullehrerkompentenz durch Integration von IKT in die Lehrpläne der Ingenieurwissenschaften und die Einführung moderner Methoden der Wissenvermittlung durch E-Learning an russischen Hochschulen.
