Abstract
The purpose of the applicative research project is to transfer the theoretical knowledge into everyday civil engineering practice. The research project that bases on the theoretical groundwork and experimental technics that were developed will make possible the execution of the computer aided geotechnical field and laboratory tests. They are quicker, with wider spectrum of the test paths choice, we get better insight into mechanical and physical characteristics. To transfer the research results into geotechnical practice the need to systematically perform the set of tests that will confirm the applicability of the suggested test methods. These tests were accomplished in our laboratory and in laboratories of Universities that we cooperate with in the framework of the EU project COST C7.
