Abstract
The purpose of the project is to develop an approach to configuration management and change management of components in development of telecommunication systems. The approach will be adapted to the characteristics of the SI2000 system development and implemented in a software tool. The advantages of using the tool are significantly improved control of changes in the system components, more efficient development process and higher quality of the product.
