Abstract
Optimal cooling tower operation of thermoenergetic objectss like steam power plants ,heating plants, nuclear plants and thermoenergetic systems in process and petrochemical industry increases efficency of plants in general. Reconstruction of cooling towers with the aid of new technologies leads to the high economical savings and many ecological advanteges. New method of measurement of thermodynamical characterystics will be used. It is no longer needed the cooling tower to be stopped. Efficiency is assumed to raise by 1,5 to 2%, not depending on the output power of the plant. Savings in energy and money are high because of high output power of the thermoenergetic systems.
