Abstract
With this study we would like to combine the principles of physics, patohistologic researches of tissue cultures and clinical application. We are among the first in the world who have started developing the application of Er:YAG laser in dermatology and plastic surgery. We would like to find the proper parameters which will enable the world wide safe use of new laser technology (Er:YAG) for skin resurfacing. On the basis of the results of our study we will design the proper mode of use of Er: YAG laser with all preoperative, operative, and postoperative procedures stated.
