Abstract
Project consists of three research programmes. The effect of hypertonic fluids on systemic blood perfusion and metabolism in therapy of hypovolaemic shock will be evaluated. The influence of clonidine on splanchnic perfusion and systemic perfusion and safe period of portal triad clamping will be evaluted. In the third programme the effect of epidural anaesthesia on splanchnic perfusion during liver surgery will be evaluated.
