Abstract
Parasuicide is one f the most reliable risk factors predicting completed suicide. Gender differencis in all registered suicide attempters for a certain period in the specified catchment area will be searched for. The defined gender specific risk factors will determine different implementation of activities to reduce and prevent suicide in Slovenia.
