Abstract
1. Introduction of resistance control of bacterial strains ( Staphylococcus sp., Streptococcus sp., Pseudomonas sp., Acinetobacter sp., Helicobacter pylori strains, Clostridium sp., and some others) essential for human pathology in Slovenia. 2. Associated to international groups for bacterial resistance control (WHO, CDC). 3. Sensitivity study of new antimicrobial drugs and comparison with related drugs in use. 4. Study of distribution of specific pathogen microbes in regions of Slovenia, specialy regarding Clostridium botulinum and Helicobacter pylori and study characteristics of isolated strains.
