Abstract
The abridged project comprises the research work ''''Lito-and biostratigraphical investigations of the Jurassic beds in the Dinaric carbonate platform. The aim of these geological investigations is to elevate the level of the knowledge of litho- and biostratigraphy of the Jurassic beds in southern Slovenia. This project includes detailed lithostratigraphic investigations and biostratigraphic subdivision of the Liassic beds, a detailed study of Dogger sedimentary succession in southern Slovenia, the study of Malm lagoonal and reefal sediments as well as Middle Malm stratigraphic gap.
