Abstract
Activities in the field of petrological and mineralogical exploration of igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks of Slovenian region are comprised in the project. The research data enable fundamental recognition about composition of our region. Their necessity for geological processes in wider Alpine, Mediterranean and Panonian region are unavoidable. They are important for development and affirmation of Slovenian geological science in our country and abroad.
