Abstract
Analyses of macro (Na, K, Ca, P, Mg), micro (Mn, Zn) and trace elements (Se, I) and heavy metals (As, Hg) in feedstuffs and animal products with studies of their digestion, availability and metabolism are the basis for studies of their physiological and toxic effects in animal and human nutrition. Proposed program includes analyses of feedstuffs, examination of relationships between trace elements and heavy metals concentrations in feed, eggs and milk and study of Zn (organic and anorganic form) added in feed on its balance, availibility and distribution in some organs.
