Abstract
The levels of anti-p53 antibodies and p53 protein will be studied in the serum of patients with non-Hodgkin lymphomas and malignant melanoma, and compared with the relevant clinical and pathological factors. In the case of its presence in the serum, possible presence of p53 protein in malignant cell nuclei will be confirmed in paraffin embedded tumor sections.
