Abstract
Unbalance between cell proliferation and apoptosis is important for the tumor rise. The study of proliferative and apoptotic tumor cell activity with biological markers would give important information for the tumor diagnosis as well as prognosis. In the proposed research project the apoptotic mechanisms on the MCF-7 cell line and the applicability of the proliferative and apoptotic markers for the tumor diagnosis and prognosis on prostatic, liver and laryngeal tumors will be studied.
