Abstract
The research will encompass some ten thousand terms collected with the aid of questionnaires made especially for this purpose. The terms are general as well as from the spheres of navigation, fishing, agriculture, stockbreeding, old trades... A number of ornithonyms, phytonyms, myconyms, thalasozoonyms, zoonyms and toponyms (especially macro-toponyms) will be analysed. The entries will be dealt with etymologically and phraseologically.
