Abstract
The project focuses on the philosophical dimensions of the notion of subject at work in the psychoanalytical theory of Jacques Lacan. From this perspective, it deals critically not only with the predominant approaches to the notion of subject (Heidegger, Derrida, Habermas), but also with the way the motif of the subject is operative in contemporary political dilemmas and, more generally, in the ecological and social crisis of the humankind.
