Abstract
The project will explore the configuration of social values, which is assumed to be undertaken global change in time named ''''postmodern''''. Firstly, we assume that the configuration of the values system has changed as to hierarchy, where the materialistic values are replaced by the personal values and secondly, values are not connected in harmonious system any more. Only the groups of values are left which are not ''''organically'''' connected and what is shown already on the individual level. The problem is multidisciplinary, although the core of the problem is the field of sociological interest. Empirical research should give us a ground for comparative analyses and theoretical work.
