Abstract
In the field of children''s prose one can find in theoretical works only basic research of the old texts, while contemporary production remains unknown. The research will explain the development, types and content of children''s prose, and in doing so it will contribute to the development of the basic research field. Such a research can be the starting point for didactic applications, founded on the scientific interpretation of the most important children''s literary works.
