System for fabrication and testing of photovoltaic minimodules
Purpose of equipment
Solution processing with blade coating or slot-die coating. Deposition area cm 20 x 20 cm with annealing up to 120°C. Damp-heat chamber for testing between 18-90°C and 20-95% relative humidity.
