Online system for microbial growth monitoring and dosing
Purpose of equipment
The system for online monitoring of microbial growth and dosing enables the cultivation and automatic tracking of changes in bacterial biomass using online measurements of backscattered light. The measurements are performed and recorded automatically at intervals chosen by the researcher, without the need to interrupt the experiment or manipulate the bacterial culture in any way.
