Flow cytometer for the analysis of biological nanoparticles
The flow cytometer for the analysis of biological nanoparticles enables accurate analysis of nanoparticle sizes in the range of 40 to 1000 nm in diameter, despite the low refractive index. Detection of the fluorescent signal enables the analysis of specific subgroups of the measured nanoparticles according to their phenotype. In addition to extracellular vesicles, the instrument can also be used to analyze viruses, lentiviral vectors, liposomes, nanomedicines and other nanoparticles.
