Modular polarization microscopy system with integrated laser confocal scanning and fast low-light imaging
Purpose of equipment
Confocal imaging of fluorescently labeled samples. The highest lateral resolution that can be achieved through confocal scanning is at about 185nm. The same samples can be simultaneously imaged in transmission and reflection mode without the confocality feature like any other regular microscope.
