Super-resolution microscope with dual-iterative structured illumination (SIM²)
Purpose of equipment
The microscope allows to monitor intracellular processes at resolutions down to 60 nm with SIM² (also in living cells) and to 20 nm with SMLM. The SMLM approaches (PALM, dSTORM, PAINT) also allow to precisely locate individual large molecules within the cell.
