Purpose of equipment
The device ensures a homogeneous distribution of the filler in the polymer matrix and enables the achievement of the final target properties of advanced materials in an optimal time and low costs, as it can operate at high torque, high speed and in small volumes. During the manufacturing process, it is possible to measure and control various parameters (viscosity, torque, speed, temperature, etc.), which enables optimization of the manufacturing process together with analysis and prediction of the quality of the manufactured material.
