Kit for the characterization and analysis of surfaces and thin films
The Surface and Thin Film Characterization and Analysis Set is used to image surfaces and thin films, to investigate dynamic phenomena on surfaces and in thin films and to generate photo-induced processes on/in them. It consists of three devices for the imaging and analysis of surface topography at the micro and nano level: two special cameras and a fibre laser beam source.
