Shimadzu Total Organic Carbon analyzer TOC-L CPN FA

Purpose of equipment
Determining Total Organic Carbon (TOC) is an important analysis for assessing water quality and for controlling the treatment of wastewater and process water. The device allows for the determination of very low concentrations of organic carbon (50 µg/L), which is crucial for monitoring the degradation of organic compounds in deionized water, while also ensuring that the majority of organic compounds in the solution are indeed converted into inorganic compounds - primarily CO2 and water. The system also includes a module for determining total organic carbon in solid samples.
