Light optical microscope ZEISS Axio Imager.A1m
Purpose of equipment
High-performance light optical microscope for observation of surfaces of materialographic specimens in bright and dark-field, polarized light and diferential contrast. It also enables determination of phase fraction and absolute and mean size of particles.
