Advanced x-ray diffractometer
Purpose of equipment
Measurements of powder samples: standard Bragg-Brittany geometry, parallel beam geometry, high temperature measurements. Thin film measurements: standard Bragg-Brittany geometry, parallel beam geometry, grazing incidence measurements (GID), x-ray reflectivity (XRR), high temperature measurements, pole figure, rocking curve, reciprocal space mapping. Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS).
