Laser frequency standard; primary standard for length

Purpose of equipment
The equipment is primarily used for research (national research programs, European projects, development of the national standard for length) but it is also used in the education process as well as for calibration and measurements. The equipment can be applied for calibrating frequency of laser with wavelengths 633 nm, as weel as for direct measurement of displacement/length with nanometer resolution.
