Purpose of equipment
The method is applyied for studing the interactions between molecules, stability and kinetics. Study of electric and dielectric properties of biologicaly and technologicaly important compounds as a function of temperature, frekvence and concentration.The impact of the chemical composition on the food properties after radiation with microwave, thermal heating and other applications.
