Nanofabrication system
Purpose of equipment
The combined nanofabrication system enables the fabrication of nanometer electronic circuits with two-dimensional and one-dimensional nanomaterials. It consists of a high-resolution optical stereo microscope and AFM, which are functionally coupled and built into a special chamber containing an electronic evaporator and other equipment for functional circuits manufacturing.
