Purpose of equipment
The instrument is dedicated to the synthesis of transition metal dichalcogenides. Substrate size is limited to 9 mm x 9 mm, growth temperature reaches 800 °C. Available chalcogens are S and Se, available transition metals are Ta, Mo, Nb, W.
