A system for multivariate image analysis of protein samples
Purpose of equipment
The system enables automatic quantification of protein content in Western blot analysis, plate assay or tissue section in a single image. The system has 2 spectrally separated lasers for simultaneous infrared and near-infrared (NIR) detection and offers a dynamic range of 6 logs in a single analysis.
