Digital PCR System (Stilla naica)

System for digital polymerase chain reaction (dPCR) is a high-multiplexing digital PCR system. The semi-automated system comprises of Geode, which doubles as the droplet generator and PCR cycler, and Prism6, a reader with an integrated computer which enables the use of hydrolysis probe in six channels, allowing for true multi-channel multiplexing, as well as the use of intercalating dye chemistry. The system enables recovery of the sample following PCR and use in downstream analysis. Crystal Miner license-free software allows analysis in 1D, 2D and 3D, and provides visuals of the PCR reaction down to the level of individual droplets, including the raw images taken by the Prism6.
