Instrument for electrophysiological measurements, Orbit mini, Nanion Technologies
Purpose of equipment
Purpose of this equipment is to measure pore characteristics. We prepare an artificial lipid bilayer and add a pore forming protein. Than we apply voltage and measure changes in the current.
